This artical aims at investigating the relationship between political INSTITUTION and government, with FAMILY, from a systemic perspective based on certain structural functionalist assumptions. An attempt has been made to highlight the significance of such relationships in improving the social status of FAMILY and programs dealing with cultural development. Initially, each of the important terms. "political INSTITUTION", "government" and FAMILY will be defined and their relationship will be explained. Then, certain approaches that deal with FAMILYwill be examined perspectives. The main function of FAMILY, in this study, is considered to be the training of manpower and, in particular, political socialization, while the role of government is to support FAMILY and pave the ground for its political socialization.

In the attitude towards the original INSTITUTION of the FAMILY, there are three theories: individual authenticity, community authenticity and individual and community authenticity. In the perspective of the individual authenticity, the rulings, duties and rights of spouses, parents and children to each other are studied and the collective nature of the FAMILY is neglected, In the perspective of community authenticity, the FAMILY is studied as the subject and the members are not discussed independently. The main goal of this attitude is to protect the FAMILY INSTITUTION from the sting of selfishness at the cost of reducing individual freedoms. In the approach of individual and community authenticity, both of individual and social dimensions of the FAMILY is important, and in addition to the importance of the members, its collective nature is also considered. In this view, works such as independent life from individual life, independent rules and traditions, and the independence of individual's actions on the FAMILY are arranged. By referring to the books and laws related to the FAMILY, we find out that until now, the one-sided attitude has prevailed, However, this attitude leads to bad effects such as accelerating the loss of independence of families in the new civilization, reducing the population, integrating the roles of the FAMILY in society, removing the boundary between home and society, and breaking up the FAMILY. In the works of late jurists, the organizational nature of the FAMILY has found its supporters, and with the weakening of the theory of individualism, most of the theories have been directed to the benefit of the FAMILY, where the roles of marriage and parents are integrated into a whole. This research, with analytical-descriptive method and by collecting library data, deals with the legal examination of the FAMILY INSTITUTION in the light of community authenticity. The result of this new approach in legal studies will be the evolution of FAMILY law.

This paper aims to study the influence of theoretical and practical teachings of mysticism on FAMILY INSTITUTION. At first, we have introduced the fundamental principles of Sufism, the purpose of life and marriage from its perspective, and then we have discussed educational role of the theoretical teachings of Sufism in human life - spirituality, broadmindedness, fighting against self, purification of the soul, meditation and introspection- and the factors of strengthening and sustaining FAMILY life in mysticism view-inner peace, gentleness, joy and happiness, moderation in living and jealousy. Discussing the spiritual path and its impact on FAMILY life, we have talked about its foundation, mystical states, and stages such as piety, virtue, humility, patience, trust in God, love, and their effect on FAMILY.

The purpose of the present study is to review transformation of the FAMILY INSTITUTION before the reappearance of Imam Zaman (PBUH). The method of study is descriptive analysis and according to the narrations about transformations in FAMILY and society at the Age of Reappearance, the negative changes afflicting FAMILY at this age involve: Dissolution of ethics due to lack of rationality in FAMILY, secularism in families leading to the deterioration of the status and character of FAMILY members, freedom of women and the spread of feminist thoughts, negative transformation in the structure of FAMILY from traditional to modern, negligence in religious and spiritual upbringing of children. More negative transformations in the INSTITUTION of FAMILY during the age of reappearance are as follows: Distancing from Mahdaviat culture and instructions due to lack of educating children in families as well as extremist materialism, the domination of worldly emotions or lack of rationality in families. With respect to the domino effect of ethical vices, if enough attention is paid to upbringing of children, other vices disappear in FAMILY and society as they will be replaced with virtues one after another.

The intellectual domain is one of the basic domains of education. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the factors of the maturity of intellectual abilities and talents of the trainee and the responsibility of the responsible INSTITUTIONs in this field. This research has been conducted with the aim of obtaining the obligatory rules and the duties of the FAMILY INSTITUTION regarding the mentioned area with a jurisprudential approach.  The author uses a descriptive-analytical method based on the jurisprudential method (ijtihād and inference from evidence). The results of the research show that, from the point of view of jurisprudence, the intellectual domain of education is important. To ensure the well-being of the faculty of intellect and prevent possible injuries, a series of measures have been introduced in the form of jurisprudential propositions. Certain INSTITUTIONs have been introduced to be responsible for this educational and pedagogical area. The FAMILY is the first social INSTITUTION that has a duty towards the rational sphere of its people. From the point of view of jurisprudence, teaching intellectual rules is mandatory in both theoretical and practical areas of the FAMILY. Also, guiding the intellects to know the principles of intellectual belief is one of the obligatory duties of the FAMILY. Teaching non-compulsory intellectual rules is recommended. It is recommended for the FAMILY to strive to promote and strengthen the mental and intellectual excellence of their children. Also, it is recommended to teach children wisdom in order to help them become wise and thoughtful people in the FAMILY. Also, it is important to take care of the mental health of the children and to prevent the birth of a child from being born with the characteristics of stupidity, insanity, and madness. It is recommended for the father of the FAMILY to choose a good mother who does not possess any of the aforementioned characteristics.

Purpose: This research investigates marriage portion and its influence on FAMILY INSTITUTION.Methods: This paper is a descriptive analytical research which comparatively studies this issue in viewpoint of lawyer and Islamic Jurist.Conclusion: Taxation on marriage portion is not only originated from Islamic jurisprudence but also it is contrary to famous view of Islamic jurist because parties in this contract (marriage) can agree on marriage portion on the basis of their consent. It seems that government because of encouraging younger person to get marriage and prevention of escalation of marriage portion has provided this provision. It is inferred from civil code, constitution and Islamic jurisprudence that the government is not allowed to inter and interfere in these kinds of issues, therefore article 25 will not be valid for these reasons.Discussion: Moral principal in FAMILY, as one of the most important INSTITUTION, have special status and influence on destination of society members. In order to pass mandatory law, particularly FAMILY law, legislator should consider moral and religious rules and costumes. This kind of legislation has negative consequences. In accordance with Article 25, FAMILY Protection Draft Bill, economy ministry must levy tax on unreasonable marriage portion. Regardless of existence of vagueness in this act, passing this act have been resulted in removing the logic order of this Draft Bill, e.g. and some obvious conflicts are revealed; for article 25 and note of article 23. At present, the question which arises is that whether this provision is consistent with legal principal of FAMILY law, and in conflict between Article 25 and 23 which article is preferred.

The FAMILY has been one of the main INSTITUTIONs in every society and culture since ancient times, and no human civilization has been formed without this INSTITUTION. In the Iranian society, the INSTITUTION of the FAMILY has had and still has an irreplaceable place, but in the present era, due to value changes and the discovery of modern INSTITUTIONs or alternative methods, the INSTITUTION of the FAMILY and its functions have been damaged, as a result of which many damages have been imposed on the society, so it is necessary to Rethinking the main functions of this INSTITUTION and enumerating the issues burdened on these functions moved towards solving the damage caused in the society,Based on this, this article seeks to answer the question, what are the main functions and formulation of functional issues of the FAMILY INSTITUTION? The main method of this research is based on the qualitative method, which used the method of interviewing experts in this field to collect data, and used thematic analysis method (thematic network) to analyze the data. The findings of the research show that the FAMILY INSTITUTION has excellent functions, and the results of these functions lead to the main function of the FAMILY INSTITUTION, which is civilization. The functional issues of the FAMILY are also summarized in 7 axes: marriage issue, educational issues and crises, social monitoring and control issue, identity issue, moral security issue, and population quantity issue, which in a conceptual model, if no suitable solution is adopted to control these issues, will lead to It leads to the collapse of the FAMILY and eventually the collapse of the society and the lack of formation of human civilization.

The civil law of Iran, considering jurisprudence, has predicted sanctions to prevent the breach of contractual liabilities. These sanctions are divided into two kinds of legal and contractual. Civil law doctrine of Iran has identified lien as one of the legal sanctions to prevent the breach of contractual liabilities. However, the title “ contractual liabilities” has the primitive renunciation to financial liabilities, the legislator has identified the mentioned right as a guarantee mean in FAMILY INSTITUTION. The main question of the present study is whether lien could play its role as a guarantee mean in FAMILY INSTITUTION or not. By analyzing the linen characteristics, particularly in insolvency of husband and determining some of these characteristics of the mentioned right in recent condition, the result would be obtained that at least we can not consider this sanction in FAMILY if the husband is insolvent, however, there are doubts about the basis of this sanction in FAMILY INSTITUTION. These doubts will be more severe by studying the main factors of desirable sanction and the negative consequences of “ linen” in FAMILY, since it has some consequences in contrary to the FAMILY, so that this holy INSTITUTION would be leaded to the lesion transaction which renders the FAMILY bases unsteady. This problem aggravates when the husband is insolvent. The issued question of this study has been deducted by the assistance of legal-jurisprudential logical analysis.
